Attendance at the KESETT Kick-Off Investigator Meeting (IM) in New Orleans fulfills the training requirements listed below. If you attended the KESETT IM, please download and complete the attestation form, then upload it to WebDCU under Protocol Training.
The Protocol training consists of the following THREE requirements:
- Read the protocol
- Review the below protocol training video from the 2025 KESETT Kick-Off Meeting
- Pass the protocol quiz and upload the e-mailed certification to WebDCU
The WebDCU training consists of the following THREE requirements:
- Review the WebDCU V2 Manual
- Review the WebDCU training videos (WebDCU Training & Best Practices) below
- Download and fillout the certification and upload it to WebDCU

The Regulatory training consists of the following TWO requirements:
- Review the below two training videos (Regulatory Management & Site Management and Regulatory Readiness)
- Download and fillout the certification and upload it to WebDCU
The Pharmacy training consists of the following THREE requirements:
- Review the KESETT Site Pharmacy Manual
- Review Section 6 & Section 7 of the KESETT Protocol
- Download and fill out the certification and send to the site study coordinator to upload in WebDCU.
Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
A free option for GCP training is available at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). Click here to access the NIAID training.
NOTE: Effective January 1, 2017 – NIH expects all NIH-funded clinical investigators and clinical trial staff who are involved in the design, conduct, oversight, or management of clinical trials to be trained in Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Recipients of GCP training are expected to retain documentation of their training. GCP training should be refreshed at least every three years in order to stay up to date with regulations, standards, and guidelines.
