Emergency Medical Services

The SIREN Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Working Group is dedicated to advancing prehospital emergency care through collaborative research and innovation. By bringing together EMS professionals, researchers, and clinicians, we aim to improve patient-centered outcomes by exploring new methodologies, evaluating biomarkers, and optimizing prehospital interventions. Our mission is to enhance evidence-based care delivered in limited resource, austere, and uncontrolled prehospital settings for patients of all ages, support data-driven decision-making, enhance the safety of the prehospital workforce, and foster research that strengthens emergency medical response and resuscitation science.
