Jenny is a Senior Research Project Manager and the Assistant Manager of the Center for Policy and Research in Emergency Medicine at OHSU. She manages multiple grant programs and networks for the Center and provides administrative oversight for all CPR-EM Internship programs.

Jenny began working for the OHSU Department of Emergency Medicine in 2001 as an Emergency Transport Coordinator before moving to the research group in Emergency Medicine in 2007, where she provided program and research support for the Resuscitation Outcomes Consortium, the Greenwall POLST Registry Pilot Project, subsequent statewide Oregon POLST Registry, and the Neurological Emergencies Treatment Trials (NETT). Ms. Cook served as Program Administrator for the Oregon Multidisciplinary Training Program in Emergency Care Research, a training grant mentoring clinician-scientists. She manages the OHSU SIREN Network and Pediatric Readiness Grants for Craig Newgard, PI. Ms. Cook has a Graduate Certificate in Public Health and excels at project development, establishing interdisciplinary teams, interagency relationships, communications, project management, and public speaking. In her off hours, she can be found enjoying family life, dancing ballet, volunteering, traveling & enjoying the outdoors or taking a rare moment to enjoy a good book.
