Marina Griffith is a highly motivated clinical research professional with over eight years of experience in research management and healthcare. Based in Layton, Utah, Marina currently serves as a Research Manager in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Utah, where she leads a team of research personnel and drives clinical projects from planning to execution. Known for her adaptability, strong work ethic, and critical thinking skills, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to manage complex research initiatives while maintaining high standards of patient privacy and regulatory compliance.

Marina’s journey in healthcare research began as a Clinical Research Analyst, focusing on substance use screenings and interventions in emergency settings. She advanced to roles as a Clinical Research Coordinator and then Research Manager, showing a clear trajectory of leadership and expertise in clinical trials, project facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. Her professional background also includes experience in rehabilitation services, administrative support, and student leadership during her undergraduate years.
