11/17/25 — P-ICECAP New FAQs

The following FAQs have been added to the P-ICECAP FAQ page under Participant Reimbursement:

Q: Does the SIREN SOP allow for time reimbursement for participants for the 3 month visit (telephone) and the 12 month visit (telephone)?
A: Yes, as long as it doesn’t exceed the GSA limit for a day. See SIREN Participant Reimbursement SOP

Q: Does the SIREN SOP allow for time reimbursement for participants for the 3 month visit (telephone) and the 12 month visit (telephone)?
A: No. Sites may reimburse more or less than $150 as long as it is compliant with SIREN SOP above. Your site receives per patient reimbursement for the 3 month and 12 month VABS. Your site receives an additional $150 (inclusive of indirects) if a participant completes the in person neurologist exam. Similar to how much your site allocates for coordinators versus investigators – you may use your per-participant and per visit payments to allocate money to reimburse participants. The international trial leadership does not dictate how you do that, other than being compliant with the SOP.
